Bitcoin troubleshooting
Some of the common issues with your Bitcoin (BTC) inside of Exodus wallet and how to fix them.

How do I recover Bitcoin (BTC) sent to my Bitcoin Cash (BCH) wallet?
These instructions only work using the desktop version of Exodus.

- Click on the wallet icon.

- Next, navigate to the Bitcoin Cash (BCH) wallet and select it.

- Click on the menu icon in the upper right-hand corner of your BCH wallet.

- Select the Sweep for Bitcoin option from your Asset Menu:
Sweeping your BCH wallet for BTC will incur a Bitcoin network fee.
Your Bitcoin (BTC) will be moved to your Exodus BTC address, and you will see it in your wallet's balance.
How do I recover Bitcoin (BTC) sent to my Bitcoin SV (BSV) wallet?

- Click on the wallet icon.

- Next, navigate to the Bitcoin SV (BSV) wallet and select it.

- Click on the menu icon in the upper right-hand corner of your BSV wallet.

- Select the Sweep for Bitcoin option from your Asset Menu:

Sweeping your BSV wallet for BTC will incur a Bitcoin network fee.
Your Bitcoin (BTC) will be moved to your Exodus BTC address, and you will see it in your wallet's balance.
