How do I contact Exodus Support about a swap on Desktop?

In Exodus Desktop, a) click on the
History icon at the top-right. b) In the drop-down list change
All Types to
Swapped.

Here you will see your in-app swap history. Find the swap you want to contact us about and a) click the arrow to the right of the swap, then b) click
Get help with this swap.

This will open an email to Exodus Support pre-filled with information about your swap, including the order ID. Feel free to include any additional information that might be useful.
How do I find my order ID on Desktop?
To find your order ID from the third-party exchange API provider, a) click the arrow to the right of the relevant swap and b) look in the field Order ID.
How do I contact Exodus Support about a swap on Mobile?

- In Exodus Mobile, a) tap the Swap tab, then b) tap the History icon.

- Here you will see your in-app swap history. Find the swap you want to contact us about and tap it.

- Scroll down to see the details of the swap. At the bottom tap Contact Support.

- Enter your email address and any additional information that might be useful. Choose whether or not you want to include your safe report. When finished, tap Send.
