Because they are third-party fiat API providers, Ramp, MoonPay, or Sardine support teams are better suited to help with problems with your order, such as a delay, an error, or a canceled order.
When you buy or sell crypto through MoonPay, Ramp, or Sardine, you will receive a confirmation email with your order details, including the order ID. You can check your confirmation email to see which third-party fiat API provider serviced your order.
Please follow the below steps to contact the support teams of MoonPay, Ramp, or Sardine. Be sure to include the order ID found in your confirmation email.
