Exodus connects to third-party fiat API providers so that you can buy and sell crypto in your wallet. In Exodus, it's possible to buy crypto through Moonpay, Ramp, Robinhood Connect, and Sardine, and to sell crypto through Moonpay.

Because they are third-party fiat API providers, the MoonPay, Ramp, Robinhood, or Sardine support teams are better suited to help with problems with your order, such as a delay, error, or canceled order.

When you buy or sell crypto through third-party fiat API providers, you will receive a confirmation email with your order details, including the order ID. Check your confirmation email to see which third-party fiat API provider serviced your order and copy the order ID.
