Can I keep my shares in my Exodus wallet?

Yes, you can!

How do I sell the digitally represented EXOD shares in my Exodus wallet?

The process has three steps: First, transfer EXOD tokens to your Securitize account.

Secondly, if you don't have a traditional brokerage account that supports EXOD trading yet, you'll need to open one.

Finally, deposit your shares into your brokerage account.

What are EXOD tokens?

EXOD tokens on the Algorand blockchain act as digital representations of EXOD shares.

By holding EXOD tokens on the Algorand blockchain, you can view a digital representation of your EXOD shares in your Exodus wallet.

EXOD tokens are only digital representations of Class A common stock; on their own, they contain no voting, governance, economic, or other rights, and they cannot be traded independently of the Class A common stock.

EXOD shareholders can send EXOD tokens to their Exodus wallet with Securitize.

If you have EXOD shares on a brokerage and want to send EXOD tokens to your Exodus wallet, you will first need to send your shares to Securitize: Moving shares to Securitize from my stockbroker.

With EXOD shares in Securitize, you can withdraw EXOD tokens to your Exodus wallet: Securitize to Exodus.

How do I sell my shares?

Your shares will be in your Securitize account after trading stopped on tZERO ATS.

If you haven't onboarded with Securitize yet, register with Securitize to claim your shares.

If you are unsure if you have a Securitize iD account already, please reach out to [email protected] before creating a new account.

If you don't have a brokerage account that supports EXOD trading yet, you'll need to open one.

From Securitize, deposit your shares into your brokerage account.

How do I store my shares in my Exodus wallet?

Your shares will be in your Securitize account after trading stopped on tZERO ATS.

If you haven't onboarded with Securitize yet, register with Securitize to claim your shares.

How do I sell my shares?

Shares purchased in the Regulation A can be in Securitize or in your Exodus wallet.

Shares deposited on the tZERO ATS were sent back to your Securitize account after tZERO trading stopped.

If you have EXOD tokens in your Exodus wallet that you want to sell, send them to Securitize first. From there, you can deposit the shares with your brokerage for trading.

How do I sell my shares?

First, convert your Class B shares into Class A shares. See the Knowledge Base article: Converting B shares to A shares.

Then, you can deposit the Class A shares with a brokerage. If you don't have a brokerage account that supports EXOD trading yet, you'll need to open one.

Finally, here's an example of how to send shares to a traditional brokerage.

How do I store my shares in my Exodus wallet?

Then, from Securitize, send EXOD tokens representing your Class A shares to your Exodus wallet: Securitize to Exodus.


I invested through Bnk to the Future

How do I sell my shares?

Contact Bnk to the Future requesting share distribution if you haven't already received shares in the previous distribution.

If you don't have a brokerage account that supports EXOD trading yet, you'll need to open one.

After you receive the distribution from Bnk to the Future, you'll have Class A shares in your Securitize account.

To sell your shares, you will need to move them from Securitize to your brokerage account. Here's an example of how to send shares to a traditional brokerage.

How do I store my shares in my Exodus wallet?

Contact Bnk to the Future requesting share distribution if you haven't already received shares in the previous distribution.

After you receive the distribution from Bnk to the Future, you'll have Class A shares in your Securitize account. From Securitize, send EXOD tokens representing your Class A shares to your Exodus wallet: Securitize to Exodus.

How do I sell my shares?
