How do I buy crypto with Robinhood Connect in Exodus?
Buying crypto with Robinhood Connect is available in the Exodus Mobile app for US customers with a verified Robinhood account.

Buying crypto with Robinhood Connect is available for US customers in Exodus Mobile.
In Exodus Mobile, tap the Buy & Sell icon.
a) On the Buy tab, b) select the crypto you want to buy.
a) Tap to enter the amount you want to buy, or b) use the slider to choose from preset amounts.
Tap on the payment method to select Robinhood (if available).

Select Robinhood as the payment method.
Confirm the order details and tap Continue.
You'll be directed to the Robinhood app to complete your purchase. Unlock the app and follow the instructions on the screen.

Next, review the amount and select your payment method.
To change your payment method, tap on the payment method at the bottom of the screen. To add a new payment method, after selecting how you want to pay, follow the instructions on the screen.
Next, tap Review order.
Review your order details, a) check the box I confirm that my Exodus address is correct, then b) tap Continue.
a) Enter your verification code from your authenticator app. To submit your order, b) tap Continue.
Your crypto will arrive in your Exodus wallet soon. To return to Exodus, tap Done.
Generally, your crypto should arrive after a few minutes, but on rare occasions, it can take up to 24 hours.

Confirm the order details and tap Continue.

a) Enter your email and password to log in. If you don't have a Robinhood account, you can b) tap Create Account.
Follow the instructions on the screen to log in or create your account. If your account is not verified, you'll need to complete identity verification. If you already have a verified Robinhood account, proceed to the next step.
Next, review the amount and select your payment method. To add a new payment method, after selecting how you want to pay, follow the instructions on the screen.
Next, tap Review order.
Review your order details, a) check the box I confirm that my Exodus address is correct, then b) tap Continue.

In Exodus, you can buy crypto with various third-party fiat API providers. The available options depend on the asset you’re buying and your region and local regulations.
Follow the steps below to choose a different third-party fiat API provider if available.
Mobile
First, a) select the crypto and amount you want to buy, and then b) select your payment method. If multiple third-party fiat API providers support the selected payment method, c) you can tap on the third-party fiat API provider icon to view all available options.

Why isn't my order going through?
Generally, your crypto should arrive after a few minutes, but on rare occasions, it can take up to 24 hours.
However, some factors could prevent your payment, which may stop your crypto from arriving.
Ensure your payment was completed
First, check if your payment was successful.
See if you have a sufficient balance to complete your order
Make sure your account has online purchases turned on
Ensure you have not reached the maximum order limit: What are the order limits?
If your payment was rejected, you may need to contact your bank or card provider:
Your bank or card provider may place a temporary hold (pre-authorization) on your funds, even if the payment was rejected. This isn't a charge, and usually, your bank or card provider will automatically release the funds after a set period
