What if I don't see my local fiat currency?

If Blockchain.com Pay is available in your wallet, but you don't see the option to buy crypto with your local currency, you can buy crypto with USD, EUR, or GBP.

Depending on your payment method, your bank or card issuer will automatically do the conversion for you.

What are the fees for buying crypto?

When buying crypto, fees are included in the total amount shown on the purchase screen.

Blockchain.com Pay also includes a network transaction fee to cover transaction costs. This fee goes to the miners or validators of that blockchain. You can read more about how transaction fees work here: What are transaction fees?

These fees can vary, but you will never spend more than the amount chosen when placing your order. For example, if you choose to pay $100 USD, that is all you will be charged.

On the order confirmation screen, you can view any fees before you submit an order. Tap or click on the arrow next to your quote to see the fees.

What are the order limits?

Currently, Blockchain.com Pay allows you to purchase a minimum of 20 USD of crypto and up to 1,200 USD. However, exact order limits may vary.

Why isn't my order going through?

Generally, your crypto will arrive between 5-20 minutes.

Some transactions may take a few hours to complete. This could happen if it's your first purchase, because Blockchain.com Pay may need to conduct additional checks.

However, some factors could prevent your payment from going through, which may stop your crypto from arriving.

Ensure your payment was completed:

First, check that your payment wasn't rejected for any reason.

  • After completing your order, you should receive a confirmation email with your order ID.

  • If your payment was rejected, you may need to contact your bank

Ensure your Exodus wallet is synced to the blockchain:

If your payment went through, and it's been longer than 5-20 minutes, and you still haven't received your crypto, check that your wallet is synced to the blockchain.
