  • If you have an M1, M2, or M3, you can install the optimized version of Exodus Desktop here.

  • Although Exodus might function on unsupported macOS versions, we can't guarantee performance or provide support.

To check your Mac version, a) click the Apple icon in the top left corner, then b) click About This Mac. c) Here you can view your macOS version.

Windows

  • Operating system: Windows 10 and higher (64-bit)

Here is how to check if your Windows version is 32-bit or 64-bit:

  • CPU: Exodus Desktop is only supported on Windows with x86_64 CPU architecture (also known as x64-based processors)

Other CPU architectures, such as ARM CPUs and RISC CPUs, are not supported.

  • RAM: 8 GB is the minimum RAM required to ensure optimal performance of Exodus Desktop. If less than 8GB of RAM is available, Exodus may not function properly on your device.

Linux

  • Operating system: 64-bit Linux with kernel version 4.10 and higher

The oldest tested distribution is Ubuntu 20.04. Exodus will probably run on older systems and other Linux distributions as well. However, we don't actively test or support those versions, so we can't guarantee that. As a result, we highly recommend running the most recent version of any major distribution and contact us if you're having any issues.

Exodus Web3 Wallet

Exodus Web3 Wallet is a Chrome-based browser extension that works with browsers like Google Chrome and Brave.

Chromium is an open-source version of Google Chrome. It allows developers to create other browsers with access to the Chrome Web Store. Even though you can install Exodus Web3 Wallet on other web browsers, we recommend using only Chrome or Brave.
