XO Pay is a service developed by Exodus and powered by Coinme that allows you to purchase crypto directly in Exodus Mobile.
XO Pay is currently available in the United States. Purchases can be made in USD with a Visa or Mastercard debit card, Apple Pay, or Google Pay.
Once you buy crypto, it will be sent directly to your Exodus Mobile wallet.
XO Pay is powered by third-party platforms. As such, Exodus cannot guarantee the performance of its products/services or that the steps shown and the information provided will always be accurate.

How do I buy crypto with XO Pay in Exodus Mobile?
Here's how you can buy crypto with XO Pay in Exodus Mobile.
In Exodus Mobile, tap the Buy & Sell icon.
a) On the Buy tab, b) select USD, c) enter the amount, and d) select the crypto you want to buy.
The amount you will receive and pay (including fees) will be shown on the order payment screen before finalizing your purchase.
Next, a) choose your payment method. If XO Pay has the best rates, it will already be selected. Otherwise, b) tap the third-party fiat API provider to select XO Pay (if available), and c) tap Buy.

On the XO Pay buy screen, a) confirm the order details, b) tap to select your payment method, then c) tap Continue.

To log in, a) enter your email and b) tap Continue. A verification code will be sent to your email.
If you previously used XO Pay and are already logged in, you will not be prompted to log in again.
c) Enter the verification code, and d) tap Continue.
If it is your first time using XO Pay, follow the instructions to complete verification. Everyone, regardless of the amount spent, must go through the verification process.

Before completing your purchase, you'll see an order confirmation screen. Review the amount you'll pay and the amount of crypto you'll receive. To complete your purchase, tap Confirm.
If you pay with Apple Pay or Google Pay, you will be prompted to confirm the payment after confirming the order details.
And that's it! You'll receive an order confirmation email from XO Pay, and your crypto will generally arrive within 5-20 minutes.
How do I complete verification?
If you have not yet been verified, you'll be prompted to complete verification when you buy crypto or add a card.
You will need your email address, mobile number, and Social Security number (SSN) to complete the verification process.

When you buy crypto for the first time, you'll be asked to complete verification. To log in, a) enter your email and b) tap Continue. A verification code will be sent to your email.
c) Enter the verification code, and d) tap Continue.

You'll receive a text message with a verification link. Tap on the link to continue.
Next, confirm your details. Some of your info might be auto-filled. Correct and enter any missing details, then tap Continue.
You will see a screen saying your account is being verified. Please wait a moment for the verification to complete.
When you see a Verification Complete screen, click Continue to buy crypto.
How do I manage my payment methods?
You can manage your payment methods during your XO Pay purchase.
To add a card, you need to first complete verification.
When buying crypto with XO Pay, a) your selected payment method will be shown below your order details. You can tap on it to switch between added payment methods or add new ones.
To manage all your payment methods, b) tap the gear icon in the top-right corner.

Here, you can view your different payment methods.
Apple Pay or Google Pay are added by default, and you can use the payment methods linked to your account. You can manage these payment methods directly from Apple Pay or Google Pay.
If you want to add a card to XO Pay, tap + Add Card.
a) Enter your card details, then b) check the box to set this card as your default payment method. Then, c) tap Save.
To remove a card or change your default payment method, tap on the payment method you would like to manage.
Your current default payment method will have a Default label.
From Card Details, you can a) tap the checkbox to set your card as your default payment method. You can also b) tap the delete icon to delete that card.
Where can I see fees?
When buying crypto with XO Pay in Exodus, fees are included in the final price. Before completing your purchase, you'll be able to see the price you'll pay and the amount of crypto you'll receive.
How do I select a different third-party fiat API provider?
In Exodus, you can buy crypto with various third-party fiat API providers, depending on the crypto you are buying, your region, and local crypto regulations.
Follow the steps below to choose a different third-party fiat API provider if available.
Mobile
First, a) select the payment method. If multiple third-party fiat API providers support that payment method, b) the third-party fiat API provider will be underlined. Tap it to see your options.

XO Pay orders
Why isn't my order going through?
Generally, your crypto will arrive between 5-20 minutes. However, some transactions may take longer to complete.
Some factors could prevent your payment from going through, which may stop your crypto from arriving. Here are some initial troubleshooting steps:
1. Ensure your payment was completed:
First, check that your payment wasn't rejected for any reason.
After completing your order, you should receive a confirmation email with payment details.
If your payment was rejected, you may need to contact your bank.
Your bank or card provider may place a temporary hold (pre-authorization) on your funds, even if the payment was rejected. This isn't a charge, and usually, your bank or card provider will automatically release the funds after a set period.
2. Ensure your Exodus wallet is synced to the blockchain:
If your payment went through and you haven't received your crypto in more than 20 minutes, check that your wallet is synced to the blockchain.
