What is The Superintelligence Alliance merge?
Fetch.ai, Ocean Protocol, and SingularityNET have announced that they will merge into one project, The Superintelligence Alliance.
The tokens from the three organizations, FET, OCEAN, and AGIX, will merge to form the Artificial Superintelligence token (ASI).
The merge will happen in 2 phases.
Phase 1 started on July 1, 2024. FET announced that phase 1 will focus on merging OCEAN and AGIX into FET on the Ethereum network, and that OCEAN and AGIX will also begin to be delisted on exchanges. Token holders who use self-custodial wallets, like Exodus, can wait until phase 2 to swap their tokens to ASI.
With Phase 2, the FET network will be upgraded to the ASI Network. If you hold OCEAN, AGIX, or FET, you can swap to the ASI token.
FET holders will be able to swap 1 FET for 1 ASI.
OCEAN holders will be able to swap 1 OCEAN for 0.433226 ASI.
AGIX holders will be able to swap 1 AGIX for 0.433350 ASI.

What should I do if I hold FET, OCEAN, or AGIX in Exodus?
Exodus supports FET, OCEAN, and AGIX on the Ethereum network. If you hold any of these tokens, you do not need to take any action until phase 2 is launched.
When phase 2 launches, you will be able to swap your tokens for the ASI token. More information on swapping will be available when phase 2 launches.
Exodus does not currently support the FET mainnet network (which will become the ASI network). However, if the new ASI token is also supported on Ethereum, then you will be able to add ASI as a custom Ethereum token in Exodus.
The exchange rate for swapping your tokens will remain fixed. No deadline to complete the token swap has been announced, but The Superintelligence Alliance states the conversion will remain open for years.
While it is possible to swap OCEAN and AGIX to FET with the token merger on SingularityDAO from July 1, 2024, no action is currently required. You will be able to swap your tokens to ASI when phase 2 is launched.
If you want to participate in phase 1 by swapping your OCEAN or AGIX to FET on the Ethereum network, you can connect to SingularityDAO with Exodus Web3 Wallet.
If you created your wallet before April 22, 2026, you can connect to SingularityDAO with the Web3 browser in Exodus Mobile. Connecting to web3 apps like SingularityDAO with the web3 browser is not available if you created your wallet after that date.
